With two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, this is the ideal place for families or friends who want to enjoy space, peace, and quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen and cozy dining area make cooking and sharing meals easy and relaxed. 

Outside, a large shared garden awaits, offering several comfortable seating areas where you can find a spot in the sun or shade at any time of day. A private section of the garden is reserved for this apartment, providing a quiet place to read, enjoy a cup of coffee, or simply spend time outdoors. The garden also features a dedicated fire pit and picnic tables for long, relaxed moments outside. 

After a day of hiking, cycling, or skiing in the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area, this is a pleasant place to come home to. Here you can enjoy peace, space, and fresh mountain air, with plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply unwind.
