Absolutely. Arriach is a quiet and safe environment where children can play freely and explore. In the surrounding area, you’ll find swimming lakes, hiking trails, small ski resorts and plenty of nature. Our apartments are spacious and practically designed for families, so everyone feels at home quickly. In addition, there are play facilities in the garden and toys available in the apartment.

Arriach Apartments are centrally located between nature, mountains and water. Within a short drive, you can reach both Lake Ossiach (perfect for summer days) and several ski resorts, including the Gerlitzen Alpe. This way, you can enjoy the best of Carinthia all year round.

You will receive a personal access code 1–2 days before arrival for an easy self check-in.

Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. It is sometimes possible to check in earlier or check out later, please ask in advance. Note: this option is only available during the low season.

Yes, self check-in is available 24/7, so you can arrive whenever it suits you. You can enter using the access code sent to you by email.

The Tiny House has its own bathroom and kitchen, but these are located in the main building, about 30 meters away. In the Tiny House itself, you do have your own kettle and coffee machine with dishes included.

ADEG is just a 10-minute walk (or 2 minutes by car) and offers local products along with a small coffee corner. On Sundays, you can also visit Billa in Afritz. For bigger shopping trips, larger supermarkets can be found in Treffen and Villach.

The bus stop is only a 1-minute walk away and connects to Villach. Please check the timetable carefully, as the bus runs three times a day.
