About us

We are Daan and Dees, together with our children Ole and Mare, a family who loves spending time outdoors and enjoys an active life surrounded by mountains and lakes.
Dees originally comes from Austria and has always felt a deep connection to the fresh mountain air, the silence of nature and life outdoors.

Here, Daan discovered his own love for the mountains and the beautiful lakes of Carinthia – a region that offers so much in both summer and winter and is known for its many hours of sunshine. And although he is also a city person at heart, he truly appreciates the perfect balance between the peace and quiet of Arriach and the lively restaurants and city life in nearby Villach.

Together, we have found our new special place here – a place that gives us energy and where we can share our passion for nature, adventure and outdoor living.

With Arriach Apartments, we want to create a warm, cozy and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Whether you come to be active or simply to relax, we make sure everyone feels at home and can fully enjoy the surroundings.

Our dream is to offer a place where comfort, nature and adventure come together – a place where families and (small) groups create beautiful memories and experience the active mountain lifestyle in every season.
